OHHHH!!!!! Before you Keep Reading........ IT IS OK TO BE EXCITED THAT YOU WONT BE CHOPPING ICE IN YOUR WATER TROUGH ANYMORE!!!! YES!!! THEY ARE DESIGNED TO BE LEFT ON (YEAR AROUND) :)

* Our Ice Prevention Setup requires No Batteries & No Electricity! The Ice Sweeper turns on WHEN THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS APPROXIMATELY 39-41 degrees and turns off at 42 degrees (Automatically). It is a thermal sensing valve that is constantly in contact with the water and “intermittently” releases enough water to prevent surface ice, as the water temperature dictates. No more – no less! It will keep water open in your Stock Tank to allow animals access during colder months! A Minimum of 8-10 PSI is IDEAL for the Automatic thermal valves to operate properly. We recommend diverting the overflow of the water a few feet away from your Stock Tank to prevent Ice buildup around your Stock Tank when the Ice Sweeper is in operation during colder months.
 
SMALL NOZZLE / 1000 Gallons (or less) we recommend the ( .063 Nozzle) 
 
LARGE NOZZLE (BLACK HOSE)/  1000 Gallons (or more) we recommend the ( .080 Nozzle)

**** IF you find the AUTOMATIC flow (too much) you can add a 1/4" brass balve valve to your order from our PARTS page and control the flow yourself by adding it to your ICE SWEEPER.
 
 
The Standard bundle includes a 6"x12" Aluminum float with zinc chain and Stainless Steel 18" straight lever and hot dipped galvanized Valve body with brass seat. All valves are ported and plugged for Ice Prevention add ons. Several sizes and lever options to mount easily into existing tanks. The standard 6" x 12" float is 339 cubic inches and is good for up to 90 p.s.i. with our standard valves.

If you place an order and cancel the order within 30 minutes, you will receive a full refund. After this timeframe there are no guarantees that the product will not be packaged and shipped to you. If it is shipped and you cancel you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways and any credit card fees. If you receive a product and it is damaged or defective, we will exchange it after receiving pictures of damages within 24-48 hours of delivery. There will be absolutely no exchanges or refunds after products have been in the water, as water causes wear and we cannot resell them. All other returns must be approved before sending back.
